Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee purchases. However, our utmost priority is ensuring your satisfaction with our products and service. If you encounter any issues at all or have concerns regarding your order, please contact us at orders@espressonation.au within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you and address any problems.
In the rare event that your coffee package arrives damaged or you believe it to be faulty, please reach out to us immediately with a description and photographic evidence, if possible. We'll work with you to find a suitable solution.
